The ApplicationDeveloper is responsible for designing developing and maintainingsoftware solutions using the Omnis Sudio platform. This roleinvolves collaborating closely with development and business teamsand understanding how to leverage Omnis technologies to buildrobust and efficient features.

EssentialFunctions

Develop maintainand implement software solutions using Omnis Studio for variousorganizational applications including information retrievalworkflow management and dataanalytics.

Evaluateexisting applications to enhance functionality troubleshoot issuesand perform bug fixes using OmnisStudio.

Interpret clientrequirements and translate them into efficient application featuresusing Omnis Studiocapabilities.

Contribute toproposing innovative designs or alternative solutions that meetbusiness requirements while ensuring flexibility andextensibility.

Collaborateeffectively with a global team of IT professionals to achieveproject goals and communicate project status tostakeholders.

Meet deadlinesfor module completion throughout the software development lifecyclebeing.

Create accuratetechnical documentation that represents application design and codeimplementation using OmnisStudio.

Support QA UATRelease and DEV support phases in compliance with change managementprocesses and development bestpractices.

Collaborate withand train development resources on technologies processes and codebases to achieve flexible resource allocation and crosstraining.



Requirements

Bachelor sdegree in computer science engineering or related field orequivalent practicalexperience.

Minimum of 7years of experience developing applications using Omnis Studio orsimilar Rapid Application Development tools targeted at developingWindows applications and backendservices.

Proficiency is amustin

oOmnis Studiodevelopment environment including Omnis IDE.OR

oSimilar RADtools like Delphi PowerBuilder Xojo 4D (4thDimension) OutSystemsetc...

Experience withweb services web application development andintegration.

Familiarity withAPI design andimplementation.

Strong SQLskills experience with relational databases such as SQL Server isrequired.

Understanding ofcomputer security principles and experience in regulatedenvironments or healthcare IT isadvantageous.

Good to have:Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies suchas JavaScript/TypeScript HTML CSS Angular/React C# SOAPUIetc.

Experience indeveloping and maintaining legacy applications with businesscritical functions is aplus.
