We are seeking a skilled and drivenAccounts Executive who is an Inter CA (Intermediate levelofChartered Accountancy) with 34 years ofrelevant experience preferably in an industry setting.Therole involves managing accountingoperations ensuring compliance with statutory regulationsandsupporting financial reporting andanalysis. This position presents an excellent opportunity foranInter CA to gain valuable industryexperience and further their careergrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate anduptodate accounting records including general ledger accountspayableaccounts receivable and fixed assetregisters. Perform bank reconciliationsaccount reconciliations and prepare journal entries asrequired. Assist in monthend quarterend andyearend closing processes includingaccrualsadjustments andreconciliations. Support in the preparationof financial statements and reports as per applicableaccountingstandards and companypolicies.
2.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliancewith relevant accounting standards tax laws and statutoryregulations. Assist in the preparation andfiling of statutory returns and reports such as GST returnsTDSreturns and other regulatoryfilings. Coordinate with internal andexternal auditors during auditing processes and address anyqueriesordiscrepancies.
3.Financial Analysis andSupport:
Analyze financial data and provide insights to supportdecisionmaking. Assist in budgetingforecasting and variance analysisactivities. Contribute to financial modelingscenario analysis and costbenefit analysis for variousprojectsorinitiatives.
4.Process Improvement and Documentation:Continuously review and streamline accounting processes andprocedures to enhance efficiencyandaccuracy. Identify opportunities for processimprovement and automation to reduce manual effortsandminimize errors.Maintain uptodate documentation of accounting policies proceduresandprocesses.
QualificationsandRequirements:
Inter CA (Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy) from arecognized institute. 34 years of relevantexperience in accounting financial reporting and taxationpreferably in anindustry setting (experiencefrom a CA firm is not mandatory). Strongknowledge of accounting principles standards and taxationlaws. Proficiency in accounting software(e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications(ExcelWordPowerPoint). Excellent analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills.Strong communication and interpersonalskills. Attention to detail and ability tomeet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
