Job Description
Plan the room reservations. Ensure proper selling techniques and strategies are utilized to maximize room revenues. Plan & prepare monthly reports, forecasts and other relevant reports. Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Graduate Guest focused personality is essential Prior experience working with TARS is an asset Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Point.
