Roles and Responsibilities:

Central MIS Management:

· Compile and maintain centralized management information system (MIS) reports encompassing data from all farms/hubs.

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in MIS reports for effective decision-making.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

· Develop annual plans and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

· Conduct monthly forecasting exercises and analyze actual performance against forecast, highlighting variances and providing insights.

· Perform data analysis on various aspects such as margins, revenue channels, cost of goods sold (COGS), etc., to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

· Generate weekly MIS reports and present findings to management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.

· Prepare cash flow statements to assess equity requirements and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

Board Presentations:

· Prepare and deliver presentations to CFO, providing comprehensive insights into financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Supervision and Audit Facilitation:

· Supervise the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with internal teams and auditors to facilitate the audit process.

Qualifications:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / BTech / MCom or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, financial planning, and analysis.
