  • Developand execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in theGeneral Injectabledivision.
  • Leadmultidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of newproducts.
  • Driveoperational efficiency and costeffectiveness through processimprovements and technologyadoption.
  • Representthe company in interactions with regulatory agencies industrypartners and keystakeholders.
  • Officer:Execute and oversee all aspects of the production process forinjectable pharmaceutical products ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements company policies and industry bestpractices.
  • Superviseproduction staff providing leadership guidance and training asneeded to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safetyprotocols.
  • Monitorproduction schedules and resource allocation to ensure ontimedelivery of highquality products while maximizing efficiency andminimizingwaste.


Requirements
  • B.pharm/M.pharm.
  • Priorexperience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferably in injectableproducts.
  • Strongknowledge of cGMP regulations and industrystandards.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmakingskills.
  • Leadershipabilities with a track record of drivingresults.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.


B.pharm/M.pharm. Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing,preferably in injectable products. Strong knowledge of cGMPregulations and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving anddecision-making skills. Leadership abilities with a track record ofdriving results. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment.
