Designation/ Role: L&DSpecialistLocation:DadarMumbai
Purposeof the role: The purpose ofthe L&D Specialist role is to support the Manager in thedesign coordination and delivery of training programs. The JuniorManager will assist in conducting needs assessments developingtraining materials and ensuring the successful implementation oflearning initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity forsomeone with a passion for learning and development to grow andcontribute to the professional development of ouremployees.
Duties& Responsibilities:1. TrainingCoordination:Assist incoordinating and scheduling trainingsessions.Manage logistics including roomsetup materials preparation and technologyrequirements.2. ContentDevelopment:Collaborate withthe Manager in creating and updating trainingmaterials.Ensure that content aligns withorganizational objectives and meets the needs of diverselearners.3. Training DeliverySupport:Provide supportduring training sessions including monitoring participantengagement and addressing logisticalissues.Collect and analyze participantfeedback for continuous improvement.4. AdministrativeSupport:Maintain trainingrecords and assist in tracking employee participation in learningprograms.Assist in the organization andmaintenance of the learning managementsystem.5.Communication:Communicateeffectively with participants to provide information on upcomingtraining opportunities andresources.Collaborate with internal teams toensure timely and accurate informationdissemination.SkillsRequired:
  • Demonstratedinterest in learning anddevelopment.
  • Strongorganizational and coordinationskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning managementsystems.
  • Ability towork effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.

EducationalQualification: Bachelor s degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field; Master s degree preferredin HumanResources
