JobBrief: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager tooversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes atour CBSE School. The HR Manager will support business needs andensure the proper implementation of the school s mission andobjectives in employeerelations.
Responsibilities:
- Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with theoverall school strategy.
- Bridgemanagement and employee relations by addressing demands grievancesor other issues.
- Manage therecruitment and selectionprocess.
- Support current and futureschool needs through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of humancapital.
- Develop and monitor overallHR strategies systems tactics and procedures across theschool.
- Oversee and manage aperformance appraisal system that drives highperformance.
- Ensure legal compliancethroughout human resourcemanagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (Master s degreepreferred).
- Proven experience as anHR Manager or similarrole.
- Experience developing andteaching content to managers and supervisors to increase theirleadership capabilities.
- Indepthknowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices.
Experience:
- Aminimum of 5 years of experience driving results in the humanresources field.
- At least 3 years ofexperience in labor relations andcompliance.
- Experience incompensation and employee benefit programs administration isadvantageous.
SalaryRange : 30k to 40k (Based on theinterview)
