We are currentlyrecruiting for a Contract Manager to join our Infrastructure teamin the East Anglia region (highways Areas 6 &8).

Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager youwill contribute to the performance and growth of our infrastructuredivision and ensure that we exceed our clients expectations onsafety quality and operational delivery. You will predominantly beinvolved in deveg but the work scope may potentially also includefencing and civils work.

Duties will include butnot be limited to:

Managing multiple SiteSupervisors across the region to exceed client and internalKPIs

Assisting the Senior Contract Manager withthe planning safety and quality of work

Surveying sites to evaluate workscope as well as planningoverseeing and delivering effectively

To be ideal for this role you willhave the following although training can be given to the rightcandidate:

Qualifications/experience in forestryhorticulture arboriculture environment land use or a relateddiscipline

Experience on Highways is also anadvantage

Managerial and operational experiencein a similar environment

The ability to leadand motivate

Effective influencing andnegotiating skills

Strong commercial acumen andknowledge of tendering
