IN_DCIN_Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager_Purchase/Supplier Quality_Castings

Establishment and development of foundries, management of problem-solving processes with suppliers, process acceptance and routine audits.

Support of selected suppliers within the scope of the Q-Focus program for

consistent reduction of failure rates, support for material field overarching problems

Coordination and implementation of measures in production processes and measurement technology with suppliers.

Material field expertise, feasibility study castings, support for casting projects

Support Purchase Works Quality in problem solving and escalations during the year of

assigned suppliers,

Initiation of process optimization (lessons learned, workshops)

Analysis of causes for defective quality and initiation of remedial measures

Implementation of qualification measures/workshops for existing (according to SOP)

and new suppliers to improve continuous quality

Participation in Supplier Assessments and QSL agreements, monitoring Q key figures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Foundary/Metallurgist with min 3 year experience; > 1year quality management

Familiar with ISO9001/IATF 16949/VDA6.

Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ,MSA, 8D

Proficiency in English

Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship.

Good with soft skills - Assertive, Collaborative, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent ,team work player

Ability to work under pressure

Willing to frequent travel on short notice

Additional Information

Preferably have professional experience in the production of hydraulic castings, having sound knowledge of foundry technology, measurement technology for castings

VDA Auditor qualification will be added benefit.
