Detailed description:
Illumination system design and simulation (familiarity with Light Tools is desirable)
• Display Background Experience mainly to develop Light guide
• Optical system design and simulation
• Photometry and Colorimetry (including measurement techniques & laboratory experience)
• LED technologies and their principles of operation;
• Make illumination Hardware BOM (type of LEDs packaging, flux, color, driving …)
• Capability to select LED type and number to fit to optical specification
• Development of optical/illumination systems for high volume manufacture
• Basic knowledge about mechanical CAD will be a plus, (Catia V5, Pro Engineer)
• Development of automotive products preferably in Instrument cluster, Infotainment,HVAC products
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Supports Optics & Display professional leader for needed tools; material; investment; methodology improvement
• Minimum 5 to 8Years in Automotive products
