We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Corporate Actions Team Lead . This role is open for Pune, MH location and it's currently a Hybrid work model .
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Ability to learn/understand/comply with SEC rule c- (as this is a regulatory position) Prior experience with Stock Record/Takeoff reports (this is a plus). Good analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel. Able to work with Macros. Ability to Problem Solve. Must be comfortable with the shift time – pm to am (during day-light savings) and pm to am (during day light saving end period)Education & Experience:
