Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Salary Range: 1.8 - 2.0 LPA

Role Overview

Soft Pal Technologies is seeking skilled Desktop Support Engineers with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience or internship experience. The ideal candidate should possess certifications such as CCNA, MSSE, or Linux Administration and have hands-on expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux).

Manage and support network/system configurations.

Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.

Provide user support, including system backup and recovery management.

Ensure seamless operation of systems and networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certification in CCNA, MSSE, or Linux Administration.

Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux OS.

Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
