Responsibilities

  • Assist the founder with daily tasks and projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Connect and coordinate between various teams to foster collaboration and achieve business goals.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Foster a people-first environment with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Be resourceful in finding information, tools, and resources necessary for project success.
  • Support in strategic planning and implementation of growth initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly invoices, follow up on invoices, and send necessary reminders.
  • Prepare a Management Information System (MIS) report and share it on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain books of accounts and coordinate with the CA office, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
