Skill setrequired:Between 4 to 10 years ofexperience supporting OpenText VIM including development andmaintenance of customizations. Exposure to remote administrationservices or cloud operations environment.Technicalskills: You are very goodand have an expertise in Open Text VIM with both ECC and S4HANA. You are very good at ABAP Programming(Certificationpreferred).
  • VIMimplementation testing and troubleshooting/support preferably VIMversion 16.3 (version 7.5 at aminimum).
  • Experiencewith custom development/ extensions inVIM.
  • Experience withPO NonPO and downpayment processes inVIM.
  • Experience in SAPVIM workflows andtroubleshooting.
  • Experienceand configuration knowledge in VIM Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC)IC4S Open Text Archive Server Validation Client and Enterprise scantool.
  • You are good tohave knowledge on DocumentPipeline
  • You are goodto have knowledge on VIM SAP FIORIApps
  • Good knowledge ofFI process AP and MMprocesses
Very goodcommunication / presentation / verbal and written communicationskills.You are greatat Install configure maintainand monitor one or more OpenText (OT) products/solutions in anyCloud Customer premises especially on OpenText VIMproduct. Troubleshoot and findresolutions/workarounds to incidents.Develop and test fixes for problems arising on top ofcustomizations to OT products. Very goodHANA MS SQL Oracle DB skills are required.Research and fix problems in configuration mainly at ApplicationLevel. Problems can be related to availability performance orcapacity. Work on performance tuning isgood. Performing deployments and applyingproduct patches. Perform minor UpgradesMigrations. Work in shifts: Morning RegularAfternoon and Night on rotation basis. Quickresolutions of production issues or Quick work arounds aremandatory for production issues. Interactingwith multiple customers and onsitecounterparts. Ready to take the completetechnical responsibilities for multiplecustomers. Understand the complete Businessuse case dedicated to each customer which involves multipleintegrations.
