As a member of a lean team managing a large portfolio, the successful candidate will demonstrate proactivity and independence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively. While the position comes with a primary area of responsibility, flexibility to step outside of this area as needed is expected.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Experience in package design with Assembly Modelling in NX Design knowledge of Gas Turbine auxiliaries like Lube Oil Console, Fuel Systems, Air & Ventilation systems, Bleed Systems, Maintenance tools, Baseplate, etc. Knowledge of auxiliary system component specifications like valves, pumps, motor, fans, instruments, piping & tubing, structural sections and supports within package will have added advantage Good understanding of GD&T and Bill of material to create detail production drawings Read and understand client specifications including equipment, industry design standards (, API, ASME, etc) Responsible to ensure that all packaged equipment designs meet the Company design rules and current practices. Identifies any design problems or omissions and takes appropriate corrective action. Meets assigned task requirements in a timely manner, with minimal supervision. Conduct or attend engineering meetings with internal and external customers and suppliers. Conduct or attend the internal design reviews Works well as a great teammate to solve problems. Helps and encourages co-workers. Works within the spirit of the company Code of Conduct and other company policies. Ability to work in team environment, good verbal and written communication skills. Lead the projects, guide & coach the junior team members.

What You Bring

Minimum with First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed Institution with minimum relevant work experience of 8-10 years, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy industry and/or Masters or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated ability of atleast 8 + years in Turbomachinery/Gas Turbines Systems.
