Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert (B2B) - XS Worldwide

XS Worldwide is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Expert with a specialization in B2B marketing to enhance customer acquisition and brand awareness. As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct thorough keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.

Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, and other key metrics to ensure campaigns meet established KPIs.

Identify conversion bottlenecks on the website and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and landing page effectiveness.

Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Create regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders to provide visibility into campaign outcomes.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Assist in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

Develop an online user acquisition strategy and effectively manage all paid channels, including Google, Facebook, Programmatic, and Affiliates.

Own and achieve weekly and monthly acquisition goals, focusing on user numbers and ARPU.

Scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by optimizing channel efficiency and the channel mix.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years(Flexible)in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for B2B-focused organizationsin Digital Marketing, preferably from a digital marketing agency

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from marketing data.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising.

Previous experience in mentoring and leading a team of marketing professionals is a plus.
