JobSummary:

Asan IT Technician you are responsible for ensuring the smoothoperation and maintenance of the companys IT infrastructure. Yourrole includes proficiency in Microsoft Office applications creatingand managing maintenance schedules maintaining parts inventorycreating procedural manuals estimating costs for labor and partsfor industrial equipment and adjusting schedules to account foremergencywork.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. SystemMaintenance and Work OrderManagement:
   

   • Createand manage maintenance schedules for IT systems and generate workorders as required.
     
   • Perform routinechecks and maintenance tasks to ensure system integrity andefficiency.
     

2. PartsInventoryManagement:
   

   • Maintainan accurate parts inventory for IT equipment andsystems.
     
   • Order supplies and parts asneeded ensuring the availability of necessary components formaintenance andrepairs.
     

3. Documentationand ProceduralManuals:
   

   • Createand maintain comprehensive procedural manuals that explain how toperform specific IT tasks andoperations.
     
   • Ensure that alldocumentation is uptodate accurate and accessible to relevantpersonnel.
     

4. CostEstimation andBudgeting:
   

   • Estimatecosts of labor and parts for the maintenance and repair ofindustrial IT equipment.
     
   • Assist inbudgeting and financial planning for IT maintenance and upgradeprojects.
     

5. ScheduleManagement and EmergencyResponse:
   

   • Adjustmaintenance schedules to accommodate unexpected emergency work orurgent IT issues.
     
   • Respond promptlyto emergency situations ensuring minimal disruption to ITservices.
     

6. CollaborationandCommunication:
   

   • Workcollaboratively with the IT team and other departments to ensurecohesive operations and maintenanceefforts.
     
   • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and external vendors or contractors asrequired.
     

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Associatesdegree or higher in Information Technology Computer Science or arelatedfield.
  
• Provenexperience as an IT Technician or in a similar role with a strongbackground in IT maintenance andoperations.
  
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with IT managementsoftware andtools.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
