PositionOverview:We are seeking a SeniorWordPress Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and aportfolio that showcases a blend of creativity and functionality.The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in using WordPresspage builders but will also possess the expertise to craft customplugins tailored to specificneeds.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developmaintain and optimize WordPress websites ensuring bothresponsiveness and scalability.
  2. Lead theWordPress team providing guidance and ensuring best practices areadhered to.
  3. Engage directly with clientsunderstanding their requirements and proposing strategic WordPresssolutions tailored to their businessneeds.
  4. Design and develop custom WordPressplugins ensuring they adhere to WordPress codingstandards.
  5. Train interns and junior developersfostering a culture of continuous learning andexcellence.
  6. Stay updated with the latestWordPress trends and securityupdates.
  7. Collaborate with the design team toensure the visual development is in line with the UI/UXdesigns.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issuesensuring high performance and availability ofwebsites.

Skills&Qualifications:
  • Minimum of5 years of experience in WordPressdevelopment.
  • Proven track record with a solidWordPress portfolio.
  • Expertise in PHP HTML CSSJavaScript and MySQL.
  • Experience in developingcustom WordPress plugins.
  • Familiarity withWordPress standards and bestpractices.
  • Previous contributions to theWordPress community (e.g. plugins on WordPress.org codecanyon etc.)are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of websitearchitecture and aesthetics.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and a logical approach tochallenges
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to mentor and train junior teammembers.
  • Exceptional communication skills withthe ability to manage clientrelationships.
