Experience Required: 3-6 Years.


The objective of the role:

  • Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy
  • Responsible for the individual revenue target for the project


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
  • Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or physical meetings.
  • Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested Channel partners.
  • Responsible for conducting meetings with interested Channel Partners to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
  • Look out for high-performing channel partners and make all the efforts within their limits to drive the Channel partners for lead generation.
  • Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
  • Addressing any queries, and doubts of the Channel partners and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
