• Experience in maintaining anaccess management/SSO system in a large complexorganization.
• Production support experience inincident management problem management and changemanagement.
• Experience in upgrade process andpatch updates.
• Good communication skills andknowledge of best practices in IAM systems design andmaintenance.

SkillSet:

• Hands on theSailPoint API and custom workflow and rules development across themodules in SailPoint
• Administrationinstallation and troubleshooting of IAM solution in an enterpriseenvironment.
• Identity Management AccessManagement Role Based Access Control User AccessCertification.
• Directory management such asLDAP/Active Directory solution.

SailPoint IdentityIQ including monitoring tasks initiatingcertifications and executing reports.
