Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ielts Trainer/ Counselor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an Ielts Trainer/ Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position with a Junior level of experience requirement (1 to 3 years). The role will be based in Nawanshahr, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in IELTS training.
• Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam and its components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in teaching or counseling students.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of study options, visa procedures, and immigration is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting IELTS training sessions for students.
• Assessing students' language skills and preparing them for the IELTS exam.
• Providing feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
• Developing and implementing personalized study plans for each student based on their strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Preparing study materials and resources for IELTS preparation.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and changes.
• Providing counseling and guidance to students regarding study options, visa procedures, and immigration.
• Collaborating with other trainers and staff members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining records of students' progress and attendance.
