Responsibilities:

• Sourceidentify and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates for lateral andexperienced positions
  
• Utilize avariety of sourcing methodologies to find toptalent
  
• Build strong relationshipswith potential candidates
  
• Manage therecruitment process from initial contact tooffer
  
• Maintain accurate records andreports
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment(lateral/experienced)
  
• Strong domainknowledge of the ITESvertical
  
• Expertise in sourcingmethodologies (e.g. Boolean search social mediarecruiting)
  
• Targetdriven andresultsoriented
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  
• Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite
  
• A laptop or desktop with areliable internetconnection
