Overview:The SAP ABAPOData EDI role is crucial to our organization as it involvesdeveloping implementing and supporting SAP applications andintegrations using ABAP OData and EDI technologies. The incumbentwill play a key role in enhancing our SAP systems and ensuringseamless data exchange with externalpartners.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design develop andmaintain SAP applications using ABAP programminglanguage
  • Implement and enhance OData servicesfor data retrieval and manipulation
  • Configureand provide support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)interfaces
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to analyze business requirements and provide technicalsolutions
  • Perform unit testing and debugging toensure the quality and stability of developedprograms
  • Participate in system upgradesenhancements and performance tuningactivities
  • Document technical designsdevelopment and system configurations
  • Providetechnical support and troubleshooting for SAPrelatedissues
  • Conduct code reviews and provideguidance to junior team members
  • Stay updatedwith the latest SAP technologies and industrytrends
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • Minimum of X years of experience in SAPABAP development
  • Handson experience indeveloping OData services within SAPenvironment
  • Strong expertise in Electronic DataInterchange (EDI) concepts andimplementations
  • Proficiency in SAP modules suchas MM SD FI and/or CO
  • Experience with SAPintegration technologies and tools
  • Excellentprogramming skills in ABAP SQL and Java
  • Abilityto analyze complex business processes andrequirements
  • Strong problemsolving anddebugging capabilities
  • Good understanding ofSAP architecture and data models
  • Proven abilityto work effectively in a teamenvironment
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • SAP certification(s) is aplus
  • Experience in Agile developmentmethodologies is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAPFiori and UI5 is aplus
