Job description

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager - SEO to oversee and develop our SEO service offering and to help, develop, execute, and optimize Interactive Avenues most challenging SXO strategies for desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube & App store optimization and UI & UX. This role may include direct management of SEO team member(s), serving as internal analyst for SEO, and oversight of all SEO team deliverables on-time-every-time. Key Responsibility Areas

Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for assigned accountsDevelop and execution of client accounts to maximize ROI through user experience, keywords ranking, organic traffic, leads and conversionWork towards organic search optimization and ROI maximizationIdentify key SEO KPIsPrepare and present reportsIdentify buyer persona to better target identified audiencesIdentify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely mannerSuggest improvements in process and productivity optimizationCollaborate with web developers and marketing teamStay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practicesBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnelTo discuss requirements for upcoming campaigns, present campaign proposals or review campaign results

Skills

Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)Passion for excellence with high attention to detailsProactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skillsAble to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureGood at absorbing large amounts of information, with a general hunger for learningCredible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skillsInnovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving

Qualifications

Education:

Associates Degree or related work experienceAn engineering graduate with a management degree from an institute of reputeBetween 5 years and 7 years of hands on SEO experience on desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube, App store optimization and UI & UX preferably in an agency environment
