  • Provided timely and insightfulreporting while promptly escalating critical issues tomanagement.
  • Cultivated and maintained strongrelationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring their needswere met throughout the projectlifecycle.

  • Experience in ITindustry with 2 years of proven delivery managing increasinglycomplex projects
  • Document the developmentprocess architecture and standardcomponents.
  • Experience as a PHP/Node/Javadeveloper or other technologies to lead a team of PHP programmersWorkflow Management design and implementation in all itsstages
  • Remove team impediments on a daily basisto allow the team to deliver the sprint goals anddeliverables.
  • Leadership competencies for teambuilding client relations Negotiation decision making problemsolving and conflict management
  • Provenorganizational skills; ability to multitask and work on severalassignments concurrently but still be detailoriented

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in business or related field ofstudy.
  • Three years of experience in a relatedIT field
  • Exceptional verbal written andpresentation skills
  • Ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of ateam.
  • Experience using computers for a varietyof tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applicationsincluding Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge offile management transcription and other administrativeprocedures
  • Ability to work on tightdeadlines.
  • Hands Knowledge of utilities such asMS Teams Zoom Slack
  • Analytical andproblemsolving skills Selfmotivator and should be able to work in ateam.
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedselfdirected environment under deadlinepressures
  • Ability to manage own workloadindependently multitask and prioritizeeffectively
  • Detail oriented andproactive
