JobOverview:

Weare seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Floor Manager tooversee our assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for ensuring efficient production processes maintaininghighquality standards and leading a team of production staff. Youwill play a crucial role in driving productivity safety andcontinuous improvement initiatives on the productionfloor.

KeyResponsibilities:

ManageDaily Operations: Supervise the assembly line to ensuresmooth workflow ontime production and adherence toschedules.

Team Leadership:Lead train and motivate a team of production staff fostering apositive work environment and promotingteamwork.

Quality Assurance:Monitor production quality standards and implement correctiveactions when necessary to maintain productintegrity.

ProcessImprovement: Identify opportunities for processoptimization and efficiency improvements implementing leanmanufacturing principles whereapplicable.

Safety Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplacesafety regulations promoting a culture of safety amongstaff.

Inventory Management:Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensureadequate materials are available forproduction.

PerformanceMonitoring: Track production metrics and KPIs preparingregular reports for management review andanalysis.

Troubleshooting:Address production issues promptly working with maintenance andengineering teams to resolve technicalproblems.

Training &Development: Ensure all team members receive appropriatetraining and ongoing development opportunities to enhance theirskills.

Management: To manageand distribute workload on various assembly lines to optimise theoutput and achieve monthly and quarterlytargets.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or arelated fieldpreferred.

Experience:

Minimumof 05 years of experience in production management or supervisoryroles within a manufacturingenvironment.

Skills:

Strongleadership communication and problemsolving skills; proficient inproduction management software and MicrosoftOffice.

Familiarity with lean manufacturingpractices quality control standards and safetyregulations.

Relevant certifications (e.g. SixSigma Lean Manufacturing) are aplus.

KeyCompetencies:

Collaboration: Strongteam player with the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams.

Adaptability: Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage changeeffectively.
