Role Overview: Rewrite and consolidate transformations from Alteryx to Tableau prep/Power Query/BQPartner with Analytic SMEs for guidance on best practices and procedures to utilize throughout the rewrite processStreamline ETL complexity- logics and transformations for reporting purposesAutomation, build re-usable transformations, performance tuning of dashboards Develop ETL workflows/Logics for data ingestion and transformation logicsDetailed status reporting to track progressFamiliar with working on Agile methodologies - daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinementDevelop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solution.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Tableau/Power Query/BQ usage and performance.Document work completed including data models and data flow diagrams Key Responsibilities & Skillsets: ETL – ability to understand the current transformation logics of AlteryxShould be able to write complex SQL and transformations logic Good experience on Tableau/ Power BI /LookerExcellent communication skills and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently in IC roleExposure to US general insurance market preferredGood experience of data base management and SQLStrong ability to learn technical and business knowledgeSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time and work management skills
