Role Summary
The Product Operations Analyst supports the global product team through data analysis and insight reporting, process maintenance, and tooling. They will ensure that the product teams can access all relevant product data points and insights to drive efficiency and improve product decision making.
Core Duties / Responsibilities
Be responsible for the appropriate systemisation of all leading and lagging product related metricsCollating and enriching qualitative product dataCollating and enriching quantitative product dataPerform statistical analysis and data modelling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in our product dataProviding actionable insight to the product teamWork closely with our data team and providers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility of product dataStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in product data analysisManage and master the product team tool setMaintaining processes used within the product teamMaintaining templates used within the product teamProviding insight on ways of workingStreamline internal workflows, processes, and tools throughout each stage of the product lifecycleEnsure good governance is adhered to for our product catalogueSupport Product Managers/Owners on their production of communication material relating to product strategy and updatesScale product knowledge material across the businessSkills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
Proven experience in product operations desiredUnderstanding of financial concepts, products, and market desiredExperience working with data essentialProficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction essentialExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik essentialProduction of high-quality artefacts and insight reporting essentialFunctional Skills:
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modellingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAppreciation of agile ways of workingProficiency with toolingProcess optimizationBehavioural Skills:
