Raksha Manager

As a Raksha Manager in our defense life insurance company, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive life insurance solutions to army personnel and individuals associated with the defense sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial protection and security for our esteemed clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with army personnel and defense personnel to understand their life insurance needs, educate them about the available insurance products, and acquire new customers for the company.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with defense personnel, including army officers, soldiers, veterans, and their families, by providing excellent customer service and addressing their insurance-related queries and concerns.
3. PDevelop an in-depth understanding of the company's life insurance products, their features, benefits, and exclusions, in order to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions to customers based on their individual requirements.
4. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting life insurance policies, presenting persuasive sales proposals, conducting product presentations, and closing deals in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance, servicing, and claims settlement for defense personnel, providing necessary support throughout the process.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in insurance regulations that may impact defense personnel and provide relevant insights and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in insurance or finance will be an advantage.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
3. Familiarity with life insurance products, terms, and concepts. Knowledge of defense-related benefits and understanding of the unique needs of army personnel will be beneficial.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with defense personnel and convey complex insurance concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
