  • Conductcode reviews and provide constructivefeedback
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto define design and ship new features
  • Optimizeapplications for maximum speed andscalability
  • Write clean maintainable andefficient code
  • Contribute to the improvement ofexisting software infrastructure
  • Develop andintegrate software components into a fully functional softwaresystem
  • Debug production issues and providesupport for customer escalations
  • Stay up todate with the latest industry trends and advancements inRust
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Rust developer orin a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Rustssyntax and semantics
  • Experience withcryptography and security in Rustapplications
  • Proficiency in web developmentusing Rust and related frameworks
  • Familiaritywith Linux environment and system programming inRust
  • Ability to write clean welldocumented andidiomatic Rust code
  • Experience with versioncontrol systems such as Git
  • Solid understandingof data structures and algorithms
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability towork independently and in a teamenvironment
  • Strong communication andcollaboration abilities
  • Passion for learningand adapting to new technologies
  • Understandingof performance and memory management inRust
