RoleDescriptionAs a Gemstone Buyer at SheetalJewellery House LLP you will be responsible for sourcing purchasingand evaluating a variety of precious and semiprecious gemstonessuch as diamonds rubies emeralds and sapphires. This fulltimeonsite role requires that you work closely with the design andproduction teams to determine the best selection of gemstones tomatch the needs and expectations of our customers. This role islocated inMumbai.
Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in a related field or comparable workexperience
• Excellent knowledge of gemstoneidentification and grading
• Demonstratedexperience in purchasing sourcing or sales ofgemstones
• Strong negotiation and communicationskills
• Proven ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment
• Familiarity with applicableregulations and ethical sourcing principles is aplus
• Certificate in Gemology or membership inthe Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is also aplus
