Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Prepare & monitor the project timelines in line with the project scope in consultation with all the stakeholders.2. Monitor & Track budget, cost, quality and delivery of the project and escalate the discrepancies to the superiors with probable solutions.3. Concern’s resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders.4. Risk analysis and mitigation. Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available1. Preparing Master Project Plan, list of related system level & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan & time plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.5. Gateway tracking - Prepare / work out activity charts with dependent activities and work out efficient path, identify critical path, critical activity and resources.6. Facilitate Engineering sign-offs, Design Reviews and management reviews. A deep functional understanding of automotive Electronics - Connected cockpit domain and a major technology area is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.1. Believe and adhere to high level of interpersonal skills. 2. Willingness to learn and bring innovative methods and approach in work.3. Ability to access, work with quality and compassion towards the cause.4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively 5. Good understanding of management techniques and methods. 1. Knowledge of new product development process / MPDS2. Knowledge of Budget and cost management3. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA etc.4. MS Project 5. Demonstrate innovative approaches6. Able to Execute the deliverables within the time with minimum guidance & timely escalationExperience2-4 yearsIndustry PreferredQualificationsBE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech - Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics or EquivalentGeneral Requirements
