Qualification -
· Diploma with 4+ years of working experience in QA, manufacturing, or products.
· Bachelor of Engineering with 2+ years of working experience in QA, manufacturing, or products
· Special focus on electrics, electronics, mechatronics, and mechanical items (experience/knowledge in electrics/electronics 60% and mechatronics/mechanical 40%)
1.1 Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Developing, implementing and maintenance of a Quality Assurance System
· Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols, including quality plans, documentation,
· Conducting inspections and tests on materials, parts, or products to ensure adherence to quality standards. This could involve using various tools and equipment to measure dimensions, check functionality, and assess performance.
· Investigating the root causes of quality problems and working on corrective and preventive actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
· Collaborate with the procurement team to establish and maintain strong supplier quality programs
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that lead to higher product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced defects.
