PositionOverview:

We are seeking amotivated and experienced RCM Team Leader to join our team inVisakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of the RCM team ensuring that allrevenue cycle processes are conducted accurately and efficiently.This role requires strong leadership analytical skills and a deepunderstanding of the healthcare revenuecycle.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • TeamLeadership: Lead mentor anddevelop a team of RCM specialists fostering a positive andproductive workenvironment.
  • ProcessManagement: Oversee the endtoendrevenue cycle process including billing coding accounts receivableand denialmanagement.
  • PerformanceMonitoring: Track teamperformance metrics identify areas for improvement and implementstrategies to enhance efficiency andaccuracy.
  • ClientCommunication: Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients addressing any issues concernsor inquiries related to revenue cycleprocesses.
  • Compliance:Ensure that all processes comply with relevantregulations and standards including HIPAA ICD10 and payerspecificguidelines.
  • Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on teamperformance revenue trends and process improvements to seniormanagement.
  • ProblemSolving: Identify and resolveany issues or challenges in the revenue cycle process ensuringtimely and effectivesolutions.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Drive initiativesfor process optimization and automation staying abreast of industrytrends and bestpractices.


Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor s degree in healthcare administrationbusiness finance or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:Minimum of 35 years of experience in revenue cyclemanagement at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisoryrole.
  • TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in RCMsoftware electronic health records (EHR) and medical billingsystems.
  • Knowledge:Strong understanding of healthcare billing forlaboratories and/or physicians coding and reimbursement processesincluding knowledge of ICD10 CPT and HCPCS codes. Strong knowledgewith payer guidelines; CMS Workers Compensation and CommercialInsurance.
  • LeadershipSkills: Proven ability to leadand manage a team with strong communication and interpersonalskills.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Ability to analyzecomplex data identify trends and develop actionablestrategies.
  • ProblemSolving:Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus oncontinuousimprovement.
  • Attention toDetail: Meticulous attention todetail with a commitment to accuracy andcompliance.
