JobSummaryAs a B2BContent Marketing Manager you will lead the development and ofcontent strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive leadgeneration. You will create and manage various content formats suchas blog posts whitepapers and case studies while overseeing offlineand online marketing initiatives like webinars and regional events.Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will ensure contentaligns with business goals and resonates with our target audience.Your role involves leveraging your creativity and strategicthinking to deliver impactful content that supports our brand sobjectives.
ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelopment: Design and implementcomprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with companygoals and target audience needs. Set shortterm goals to drive brandawareness and leadgeneration.ContentCreation & Management: Producehighquality engaging content including blog posts white papers casestudies infographics and videos. Oversee editorial calendars toensure consistent content delivery acrossplatforms.ChannelManagement: Distribute content throughvarious online and offline channels such as WhatsApp &email marketing paid advertising regional events &webinars.SalesSupport: Develop sales collateralincluding case studies and presentations to support the sales teamin both Sales Enablement and AccountBasedapproaches.PerformanceAnalysis: Monitor and analyse contentperformance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies improveengagement and report onROI.
Collaboration:Work closely with Growth Product and Sales teams to align contentwith audience personas industry trends and customer painpoints.AudienceResearch: Conduct research to understandtarget audiences and create content that resonates with their needsandpreferences.ContentOptimization: Implement A/B andmultivariate testing user segmentation and reporting processes toenhance contenteffectiveness.Influencer& Partnership Management:Cultivate relationships with industry influencers guestcontributors and partners for collaborative contentinitiatives.BudgetManagement: Manage the content marketingbudget and allocate resources effectively for maximumimpact.BrandCompliance: Ensure all content adheresto brand guidelines tone of voice and messagingconsistency.Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2years of handson experience in B2B contentmarketing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketingprinciples and strategies.
  • We have a proventrack record in developing and executing marketing campaigns thatdrive lead generation and sales growth.
  • Strongexperience with SEO keyword research and content managementsystems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skillswith a demonstrated ability to create highqualitycontent.
  • Ability to create and implementeffective content strategies.
  • Proficiency inanalysing content performance and providing actionableinsights.
  • Experience with social media andemail marketing platforms.
  • Strong understandingof buyer personas and the customerjourney.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets anduse analytical skills to optimise marketingefforts.
  • Experience in agile marketingpractices for continuous improvement of marketinginitiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills andthe ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotelyand manage marketing strategiesindependently.
