This is a remote position.
The Content Associate (BFSI) role is ideal forindividuals proficient in banking with experience in copywritingand translating client requirements into sitemaps user flows andcustomer journey maps. A graduate / post graduate in any discipline(preferably Banking and Finance / Marketing / Communication) withminimum 2 years of experience in copywriting should be able to dojustice to this role.Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing articles forB2B and B2Caudience
- Produce native highquality and accurateEnglish copy for digital journeys as acopywriter
- Staying abreast of the latest developments inthe finance and banking industry and creating crisp concise andcompellingcontent
- Being uptodate on the advancements in AI andits impact on banking finance andfintech
- Reviewing content to ensure accuracy ofinformation and mechanics of writing which includes subject matterfacts structure andstyle
- Understand customer segments and customerexperience journeys thoroughly to help meet business objectives andcustomer satisfaction with precise and userfriendly copyelements
- Work closely with clients to understand theirbusiness and create content strategies for their customer journeyson mobile andweb
- Experience in writing or editing content forweb or mobileapplications
- Understand and promote best practices incontent strategy SEO andusability
IdealProfile:
- A Graduate/PostGraduate in anydiscipline (preferablyfinance)
- 13 years of exclusive experience ofcopywriting for financeclients
- Copywriting or content strategy skill withbanking or finance background is stronglypreferred
- Profound understanding around best practicesand trends regarding digital banking finance and investmentproducts
