Building effective relationships with customers, vendors, peers, team members, and senior leadership

Research best practices to support continuous improvement to customer.

Implementing programs and policies to achieve specific technical delivery goals working with peers and senior leadership team to drive the SAP Analytics deliveries

Good team player Experience of interacting with Customer directly on regular basis Good communication and analytical skills Individual Contributor Expertise in working on & Must have skillsetAtleast 3-4 end to end implementations and continuous support of BW/4 HANA Project lifecycleExtensive experience working with HANA Views and SQL lines of codeHands-on experience in SAC Report developments (alog with SAC Planning preferred)Analyzing the datamodel and performing the changes as per requirementsData source enhancements using CMOD / BADIExperience writing AMDP Scripting & ABAPHANA Table functionsHands-on Experience of working on BW on HANA to BW/4 MigrationAnalyzing the data model, performing the changes as per requirementsQuick to write as well as debug BW specific ABAP Code/Programs and resolve issuesExperience of working in SAP BW on modules SD, MM, FI, COPA, Purchase, Billing, QuotationsHands on Experience in Planning reports and its associated AFO Reports with MacrosThird party integrations using SDI, SDA, DBConnect , EAI etcCreation of Complex BW ReportsSAP Portal related TemplatesSAP BW/SAP BW on HANA landscapes having reporting tools such as SAP Portal, BO (AFO), Qlik, AdobeSAP BO – AFO Macro experienceExpertise in Delta extractions / Queue Clean-upsWorking on Change RequestsHands-on experience of Cut-over activities during Upgrades, Migrations, Service Breaks, System RefreshesShould work as an independent consultant and assisting Support team on need basis Good To HaveSAP Certification on BW/4 HANA or SAP BW 7.x & aboveControl-M Scheduling know-howDatasphere / DWCFunctional Knowledge of areas like Sales, Inventory, Finance, Billing, Purchase, POS

Ability to assess new technology trends and value / Develop application related technology standards

Ability to Manage and provide expertise in all aspects of Analytics solutions, assess technology trends and assist leadership in developing a roadmap & implement the same.

Build effective and scalable Analytics solutions and capabilities in the organization Assist in the biz. Projects from the perspective of providing technology leadership and quality assurance of deliverables

Education:

Graduation or post-Graduation from a recognized college or university, preferably with a specialization in computer information systems, management information systems, computer science, computer engineering BE/MCA/MCM/BCA
