Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to join with one of our leading clients in Ootty. The position is senior-level, with job locations available in Ooty, Cochin, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Coimbatore. Candidates should have a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience to qualify for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in beverage management (Mandatory skill)
- Extensive knowledge of bar operations, including inventory and staffing (Mandatory skill)
- Strong background in restaurant management, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent skills in restobar services, enhancing the guest dining experience
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails
- Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and profitable running of the establishment
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a team of staff effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Manage and train staff, motivating them to provide high-quality service
- Develop and implement beverage menus that attract and retain clientele
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance to meet revenue and profit goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings
