Leverage Edu Coaches arestudentfirst mentors responsible for maintaining relationships withthe students throughout their admission process. They are expectedto assist students throughout their study abroad journey fromshortlisting the rightfit courses and universities to ensuringtheir successful admission and enrolment.The student coach serves as the primarycontact for the student and is responsible for student satisfactionand overall student happiness. She/he is expected to consistentlyprovide excellent service to students and represent student needsand goals within the organization.What will you do
  • Take completeownership of a group of students including course and countryevaluation onboarding detailed counselling regular followups andmanage the overall responsibility of the students assigned.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the universityadmissions process application and intake cycle.
  • Create a trusted relationship with studentsvirtually as their Coach for any guidance related to universityadmissions and catering to their preliminary eligibility (GRE GMAT)and language skills (IELTS TOEFL etc..) as well.
  • Review the progress of every studentapplication on an ongoing basis to understand the current level ofperformance and perform the bottleneck check with different teams.
  • Build crossdisciplined relationships in theorganization partnering closely with the Growth team StudentCounsellors Key Account Managers Loan counsellors Test prep andother support functions while providing feedback and insights.
  • Execute the postoffer management processalongside the deposits and ensure timely coordination with the Visateam and the international office.
  • Implementthe nuance of sale strategies and ensure that the number of targetsare met throughout the intake cycles.

Whatwill you need
  • Priorexperience in ed tech is preferable.
  • Minimumof 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Exemplary salesand negotiation skills while having a studentfirst approach.
  • Possess strong research skills.
  • Ability to present persuade and communicateeffectively oral and written.
  • Comfortablejuggling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
