Job Overview


We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service in Gurgaon. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors and callers. Candidates with prior experience in similar roles are preferred.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluent English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
