Musthave skills: 4 y of exp withsystems and security administration of Microsoft 365 and MicrosoftActive Directory; exp with Microsoft SCCM and/or Windows serveradministration; exp working in and supporting public safetyorganizations
CERTIFICATIONS : CJIS certification Level4 or higher or the ability to obtain and maintain
thecertification within 10 business days of employment.

Requirements:
Availability to work100% of the time at the Clients site in Fort Lauderdale FL(required);
Experience with systems andsecurity administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft ActiveDirectory in an enterprise environment.(4 years)
Maintain CJIS certification Level 4 or higher or the ability toobtain and maintain the certification within 10 business days ofemployment.
Possession and maintenance of a validFlorida drivers license throughout employment without restrictionsthat may affect job performance.
Handson experience withMicrosoft SCCM. Windows server administration.
Abilityto exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work which mayinvolve some lifting carrying pushing and/or pulling of objects andmaterials of light weight (510 pounds).
Ability toperform tasks involving extended periods of time at a keyboard orworkstation.

Preferred:
Experienceworking in and supporting public safety organizations.

Responsibilities includebut are not limited to the following:
Support andadminister all messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange ina hybrid environment Microsoft Outlook Microsoft 365 ActiveDirectory administration messaging archivers and text messagecapture.
Architect design deploy install configuremodify administer maintain monitor optimize upgrade update patchvirtualize secure protect migrate interface test documenttroubleshoot and remedy messaging systems to support daily andstrategic operations.
Manage vendor relationships formessaging systems hold monthly communication meetings performquarterly system health checks ensure systems are uptodate and onsupported versions and maintain vendor annual maintenance andsupport.
Author review revise and update technicaldocumentation related to messaging systems including reviewingcontracts writing technical statements of work creating policiesand procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant laws andguidelines.
Provide troubleshooting root cause analysisand resolution for Level 2 and 3 requests related to messagingsystems ensuring timely and effective problemresolution.
Collaborate with the ITD Project ManagementOffice on messaging system projects and initiatives mentor andcoach other ITD team members and work with the ITD Cybersecurityteam to ensure messaging systems meet cybersecurityrequirements.
Monitor and report on the progress andbenefits of implemented technologies stay current with the latestthreats and vulnerabilities and provide oncall support formessagingrelated issues after normal business hours.
