Requirements

Weare looking for a seasoned Finance SeniorConsultant with indepth experience in OracleCloud ERP particularly in the Record to Report(R2R) cycle. The ideal candidate will possess specializedknowledge of Leasing functionality in OracleAssets and will be skilled in implementing and optimizingfinance systems. This role requires a strong understanding offinancial regulations reporting standards and best practices inOracle Cloud technology. This person will leadfinancerelated projects and serve as a vital link between thefinance department and other business units ensuring the seamlessexecution of financial reporting and compliancetasks.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • FinancialReporting andCompliance

    • Overseereporting for finance and operating leaseswithin Oracle Assets ensuring accuracy andcompliance with ASC842 andIFRS16standards.
    • Implement processes andcontrols to manage lease accounting in Oracle Cloud providing clearfinancialinsights.

  • SystemImplementation andOptimization

    • Leadthe implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Leasefunctionality optimizing processes for both finance andoperating leases.
    • Continually assessand improve lease functionality to enhance reporting accuracycompliance andefficiency.

  • StakeholderManagement

    • Serveas the primary liaison between the finance department and other keybusiness units ensuring alignment on financial reportingrequirements and processimprovements.
    • Facilitate effectivecommunication and alignment across teams especially regardingchanges in financial reporting or lease managementfunctions.

  • TeamLeadership

    • Managementor and guide a team of finance professionals fostering asupportive collaborativeenvironment.
    • Promote team membersprofessional growth ensuring skill development and knowledgesharingin financial best practices and Oracle ERPfunctionality.
RequiredQualifications:

  • EducationalBackground:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting ComputerApplications Computer EngineeringFinance BusinessAdministration or a closely relatedfield.

  • ProfessionalExperience:

    • Minimumof 5 years of experience in financial managementwith strong involvement in Oracle CloudERP.
    • Demonstratedexpertise in the Record to Report (R2R) cycleand specialized experience with Leasing functionality inOracleAssets.

  • TechnicalKnowledge:

    • Functionalknowledge of key Oracle Cloud modules such asGeneral Ledger Fixed Assetsand Accounts Payable from an integration anddata flow perspective.
    • Strongunderstanding of financial regulations specificallyASC842 and IFRS16 and howthey impact lease reporting and compliancerequirements.

  • Leadershipand CommunicationSkills:

    • Provenability to lead teams effectively and build collaborativerelationships withstakeholders.
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to explain technicalconcepts to nontechnicalaudiences.

  • Certifications:

    • Cloudcertification in Finance modules within OracleCloudERP.

  • CorporateExperience:
