Answering incoming calls or leads.
Serve Existing customers by after sales support.
Inform about new products/offers to existing customers
Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team
Monthly Report In Sales Manager.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead
follow-up and outbound cold calls.
Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.
Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
Facilitating complete virtual walk through of the project.
Analyse client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications.
Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.
