Thisposition is vital in driving organizational success throughstrategic HR initiatives.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead therecruitment and selection process including candidate sourcinginterviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop andconduct training programs to enhance employee skills andperformance.
  • Manage and resolve complexemployee relations issues ensuring fair and consistenttreatment.
  • Implement performance managementsystems and processes to drive employee productivity anddevelopment.
  • Oversee the administration of HRISand ensure accurate and uptodate employeedata.
  • Conduct salary and benefits benchmarkingto ensure competitive compensationpackages.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance withlabor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute tothe development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
  • Participate in strategic workforceplanning and organizational developmentinitiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support tomanagement on HRrelatedmatters.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • 2 years of experience in HR roles with afocus on employee relations recruitment and performancemanagement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of laborlaws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experiencein developing and implementing HR policies andprocedures.
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills for effective employeeengagement.
  • Ability to handle confidential andsensitive information withintegrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and otherHRrelated software.
  • Certification in HRmanagement or related field is aplus.
  • Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong attention todetail and organizationalskills.
