Roles and Responsibilities


  • To take inbound calls and inform them about the on-going and new projects(Real Estate)
  • Take Complete Ownership in facilitating the experience of Customer from convincing for Site Visits
  • Coordinate with Sales team for Customer Site Visits
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
