Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager at Sr. Manager level to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of B2B Product Management function responsible for managing multiple complex programs across different teams and departments. This role will be based at Noida, RateGain’s HQ, reporting to Head of Product. Unique attraction in the role: Being part of India’s one of the few profitable & stock exchange listed Technology Product (SAAS) companies. Learn a rare skill of how products are built in a sustainable way at scale. Role will give you global exposure of working with teams across regions US, Europe, APAC Gain vital experience of working with some of the largest hospitality companies & OTAs in the world during large scale product rollouts. Responsibilities: Manage the technical program management activities for multiple projects running under the responsibility of Product Managers. Create project plan, identify milestones, dependencies, owners and maintain ETAs. Diligently track the progress of a project, AIs, revision and always remain on top of project status/health. Identify project risks and proactively identify/take actions for risk mitigation. Identify and highlight gaps, challenges and conflicts between teams and stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration between PMG, Engg, Business and B2B Customers/Partners. Provide regular updates/communication to stakeholders on project progress and status. Coordinate preparation for monthly reviews with management Facilitate in tracking and updating latest statuses of OKRs of Product Mgmt team Regularly track key performance metrics for key accounts Establish project management standards, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA from a reputed institute can be an added advantage 6-10 years of experience in technical program management. Out of which minimum 3 years' experience in B2B Product company. Good understanding of internet technologies, Developer APIs, integrations, data security. Strong project management skills with experience managing large, complex technical programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. PMP or equivalent certification preferred-
