We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. What You’ll Do In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work primarily on Monopoly Go, a leading mobile game, where your expertise in lighting, compositing, and Visual Effects (VFX) integration will be integral. If you are a talented 3D Lighting Artist with excellent knowledge of color, lighting, composition, cinematography and image analysis, eager to learn new techniques and tools. If you hold a sense of storytelling combined with a passion for gaming, this position is for you Lighting & Cinematics: Deliver outstanding quality in lighting environments, characters and cinematics Composting: Merging and integrating 3D Renders with VFX, Stock footage and effects FX Development: Develop VFX focus on improving lighting, atmosphere, storytelling and dynamic pipeline Workflow Optimization: Work alongside the VFX Lead, on optimization strategies for workflows and pipelines Artistic Adaptability: Ability to adapt styles to follow Art Direction efficiently Rendering: Build high-end renders for marketing assets, animations and flytroughs Technical Organization: Manage Maya files for efficient exporting and integration with Unity/Unreal Real-Time & Cinematic Lighting: Produce outstanding lighting scenes using Unreal Engine What We are Looking for Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Lighting and Rendering techniquesKnowledge of render pipelinesSetup of Materials and texturingUnderstanding of 3D modelling and texturing for VFXAbility to research and develop lighting techniques, address specific tool needs, and deal with bugs or technical challengesAbility to structure the workflow so that conceptual changes can be made efficiently Software Proficiency: Strong experience in using both Unreal Engine and Arnold for Maya in high-level rendering projectsAdvanced knowledge of MayaFamiliarity with renderers such as Octane (or similar)Additional knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plusUse of After Effects, Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite Creative Skills: An outstanding artistic eye and understanding of color, contrast, aesthetics, lighting principlesUnderstanding of PBR Materials and textures creationAttention to detail in all aspects of 3D software featuresExpertise in Color Correction and Color spacesKnowledge of photography and cinematography for digital art directionAdvanced compositing skills, for blending CGI with VFX or Live Action Additional Skills: Self-motivated and comfortable working with technical challengesProactive - takes on responsibility & ownership in pushing the quality of their craft and in self-developmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, working closely with other departments and colleaguesExtensive Professional Portfolio showcasing your best 3D workProficiency in English Please include a portfolio website or provide links (PDF format preferred) to examples of your previous work with your application.
