1. Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc.2. Attending meetings and keep minutes.3. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.4. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.5. Coordination with departmental heads for smooth operations.
Job Profile & Skill Required
1. Proven experience as executive secretary in Hotels will be an added advantage.2. Candidate having experience of Hotel operations is must.3. Proficient in MS Office.4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
