Associate Cost Controller

operating procedures with a purpose of achieving service delivery goals
for the organisation and providing first level support for both
technical and functional issues raised by end users. Subject Matter
Expertise in OTC/PTP tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Process improvements within specific transactional process streams
in AR/AP.
Provides first level support to team members and is backup to the
Process Team Lead.
Subject Matter expert and participate in respective functional & system
testing’s etc - within the respective process streams.
Strives for SLA excellence (operational excellence).
Trains/mentors new team members.
Skillset:
Person should have 6+ years of experience in AP.
• Graduate of Accountancy and with professional
Good to have knowledge of P2P standards (IFRS) and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in major ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting platforms (One Stream)
• Hands-on experience in P2P, including external engagement (audit, tax)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines
• Willingness to take on stretched goals, and to go above and beyond for urgent work requirements
• Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
• Willing to work on fixed night shift schedule
