We are currently seeking a ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

 

Job Description:  SAP S/4HANA BASIS Administrator

 

Summary of Job:

Responsible for day-to-day support of the SAP S/4HANA system, BTP  and connected dependencies in a RISE with SAP subscription.

 

Demonstrated 5 years or more of experience as a SAP BASIS Administrator of SAP S/4HANA 1809 or above, with foundation level knowledge of Public Cloud hosting in one of: Azure, AWS or GCP.

Knowledge of how SAP S/4HANA is operated in a RISE with SAP subscription is essential.
Deep knowledge of SAP BASIS day-to-day application tasks including: user administration, system performance monitoring, short dump resolution, SAP note implementation, transport management, connectivity configuration, certificate management, maintaining of operation modes and profile parameters, background job management and general system housekeeping.
Knowledge of required standard post-copy steps involved in a system refresh is required.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori administration, overview of the patching requirements and adhoc tasks is required.

Experience of administering user accounts and their schemas in SAP HANA database is necessary.


Also essential is knowledge of administering SAP BTP (IAS especially), SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Experience configuring principal propagation between SAP Cloud Connector and S/4HANA is required.
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, including setup and connectivity to S/4HANA for monitoring and alerting.

Experience defining overall S/4HANA upgrade stack components, including Kernel and HANA with plugins is required.
Experience defining upgrade paths for SAP Cloud Connector and other dependent components such as SAP Analytics Cloud Agent.

 

Good experience creating written operational procedures and documenting administration tasks.
 

Knowledge of the overall process of applying Support Packages is useful but not essential.
Knowledge of how to perform client copies is also useful but not essential.
Knowledge of Public Cloud hosting in one of: Azure, AWS or GCP is only needed at foundational level.

 

Preferred Qualification:
SAP BASIS/NetWeaver certification.
